About the Project

Conceived by the Instituto BioSistêmico (IBS) and made possible through funding from the Zoetis Foundation, Project MS Sul Leite aims to strengthen family dairy farming in the southern region of Mato Grosso do Sul, in Brazil’s Midwest region.

Developed in partnership with members of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Produtores de Leite de Ponta Porã (Cooperporã), the project provides specialized technical assistance, training, and technologies that contribute to improving production systems and promoting the sustainable development of rural properties.

To implement its dairy farming projects, the Instituto BioSistêmico (IBS) uses the CheckMilk methodology, which includes a management platform and a mobile application designed for both technical teams and producers.

The platform streamlines project management, while the application supports producers in their daily activities, functioning as an extension of IBS technical assistance that can be accessed anytime, directly from a mobile device.
