Goals and Results
The Project MS Sul Leite operates with goals aimed at improving production, sanitary, and management indicators of the participating properties. Periodic monitoring allows for the evaluation of producer progress and the identification of improvement opportunities across different dimensions of dairy activity.
For collective activities, we also seek to reach at least 80% of the beneficiary public. The monitoring of this participation will be through verification of the attendance lists.
All individual consultations, the visit schedule, the recommendations passed on to the producers and the monitoring of the results will be recorded on the CheckMilk platform, which will be available for online monitoring by the Zoetis Foundation and other partnerships.
This platform will also measure the results and effects of the work and activities, under analysis of 6 dimensions: Milking Hygiene, Animal Health, Animal Nutrition, Socioeconomic Management, Environmental Issues and Animal Welfare. We also emphasize that all follow-up of good practice requirements comes from the monitoring of 160 observation points and the follow-up of 22 improvement objectives, thus characterizing an important element for obtaining sustainability metrics for ESG programs.
